Made-to-Order Items
All of our products are made to order, specifically for you when an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Colour or style preference

Items ordered in error
This is permitted under UK consumer law for custom or made-to-order goods, provided customers are informed before purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, we’re very sorry, and we’ll make it right.
You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if:

The print quality is faulty

You received the wrong item
How to report an issue
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos showing the issue
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
If your item is faulty, we will replace it with the same item in the same size and colour.
Shipping Costs
